Online Therapy

Better Help is an online therapy system which allows you to use a program similar to Skype for mental health counselling. It’s only for people 18 or older. I’ve not tried it yet, but it’s come to me highly recommended by someone I trust. It costs around $35 a week so it could add up fast, but that’s still cheaper than most therapist co-pays in America and you can cancel any time.

In The Rooms is an online support group that was recommended to me. I’ve not tried it so I can’t attest to its quality, but it was suggested for people in rural areas or in places where there are not support groups for people in recovery.
